The feature-packed service management solution, extends sales invoicing to include recurring invoicing and service order/invoicing.  This module is mainly used by companies who look after servicing 'things' and is particularly relevant if the company sells items that will have a warranty and ongoing service contract i.e. when an engineer goes out to fix something, they need to record what was used and how long it took, etc. 

The management of loan items and replacements is built in as are contracted periodic billing mechanisms.  To manage all of this, there's an integrated call-logging function to log, track and close service calls!
