With the forthcoming changes that Microsoft will be implementing on their licencing policies for the Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central platforms (namely the end of concurrent users) we’ve had some people ask us what is the best (and most cost-effective!) way to manage licences for users who only use NAV/BC to submit expenses. ‘Do we really have to get full user licences for them just to submit their monthly T&E expenses?’ they ask us. Happily there is a cost-effective solution! You can get team member licences for users like these via 3rd party apps such as Continia. With these apps your users can submit their expenses in NAV/BC but you only need to pay the equivalent of a team member cost (£6.03 per user per month) plus the cost of the 3rd party app.
