Customer Experience Champion

In a nutshell we sell Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365, a bundle of enhancements, and third party solutions with a side of exceptional product support and training.

The Job role:

We’re looking to recruit another member of the family, for the position of Customer Experience Champion! This position requires you to be the absolute forefront of customer service excellence and engaging with our lovely customers to ensure they are supported and well cared for.

As part of your role you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with our customers to gain feedback on our services

  • Calling customers to follow up on quotes to check if they need further assistance or guidance

  • Confirming and arranging training bookings with customers

  • Arranging internal training bookings

  • Supporting the Account Management team with admin duties
