Account Manager

The Company:

The NAV People are the leading Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central reseller in the UK. We’re slightly quirkier than the average software reseller and have a very passionate, innovative and customer-centric company culture. In a nutshell we sell Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365, a bundle of enhancements, and third party solutions with a side of exceptional product support and training.

The Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at The NAV People you will be at the forefront of Customer Service Excellence!

This is not a sales job! At TNP we pride ourselves on eliminating the generic ‘sales’ approach, we believe if you look after people, provide good service and deliver value for money then the sales side will look after itself. We want our AM’s to be warm and much more approachable combining extensive knowledge of the product, experience of working with clients, time and dedication.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • First and foremost, your job is to keep customers happy, well served and informed
  • Helping out with NAV training, possibly set up and definitely showing off the solution in mini demos
  • Keeping your customers up-to-date with the latest updates and technologies; TNP Software and 3rd Party Solutions
  • Assisting in improving processes and any challenges that the customer may be facing through the use of existing modules in NAV
  • Introducing new tools and products, pushing forward any necessary changes
  • Priority on understanding the customer needs and finding a way to help make the system work for them
  • Coordinating change requests internally with our Projects Team
  • Establishing dynamic working relationships with the internal Product Development Team to understand new updates and functionality
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Working with our internal Customer Care Coordinator to follow up feedback and facilitate any improvements
  • Time and Diary Management

  • 5 years minimum ‘Dynamics NAV’ Experience… (NAV geek that is looking for a slight change in focus!)
